Mind Defender — Gugus Factory

Mind Defender is a hyper-casual arcade game for Android, developed by Gugus Factory. The App is fully playable offline and does not require an account. Progress (score, currency, and unlocks) is stored locally on your device.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Mind Defender, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
3. Eligibility
The App is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian before use.
4. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a device you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App;
- Redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App or any part of it;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates Google Play's policies.
5. In-App Currency
Mind Defender uses an in-app "Mind Shards" currency earned through gameplay and by watching optional rewarded advertisements. This currency has no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between devices or accounts. The App does not currently offer real-money in-app purchases.
6. Advertising
The App is monetized through advertising provided by Google AdMob. Some ads are optional and rewarded (e.g., watching an ad in exchange for in-game currency); others may appear at natural transition points such as the game-over screen. Ads are never shown during active gameplay. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collected by our advertising partners.
7. Google Play Games Services
If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games Services, the App may submit your high score to a leaderboard. Signing in is optional and is not required to play the App. Your use of Play Games Services is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including but not limited to characters, artwork, sound, code, and design — is owned by Gugus Factory or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gugus Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data or in-app progress.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
